Gosia Jedrzejczyk Chockla, Tutor and Learning Consultant

Gosia Jedrzejczyk

I have an MBA degree from Poland. In May 2007 I graduated from SCC with AAS degrees in Business Administration and Electronic Commerce. I also have some teaching experience from the Job Corps in Cherokee and from Poland.

I enjoy working as a peer-tutor and Learning Consultant in the LAC, where I’m available to help with accounting, business, mathematics and computers. I want to help SCC students develop their full potential and achieve their educational goals.

Within the last ten years I lived and studied in Poland, Germany and here in the USA. I traveled, learned about other cultures, and met many fascinating people. Three years ago I started to work and study here at SCC and I enjoyed it very much. I’m glad to work for the fourth best community college in the USA!

Currently, she is closer to home at the Jackson Campus where she teaches developmental reading, developmental English, and study skills/college success courses. She is enthusiastic about teaching and supporting students who are willing to persevere in order to accomplish their goals.

Sherry thinks that we all can learn something every day, no matter our age, and believes we all are capable of learning. As a Learning Consultant, she can assist with writing papers, grammar, reading, and basic math.
