Early Registration Reminder
Early Registration is Nov. 17-21 – next week.
REMEMBER: Pre-requisite and co-requisite checking will be turned on and can not be bypassed by advisors. Register the student for the courses that the system will allow. If you can not bypass one, consider the following:
#1 - If you wish to use a Waiver for the pre-requisite, complete the form and take it to your dean. Once approved, the Dean and the Dean’s administrative assistant will have the capability to override registration for the course.
For the following problems 2-5, contact Christy at 406, Karen at 219, Phil at 431 or Fairley at 7017(Macon Campus). This group can override registration for the course.
#2 - If the
course pre-requisite has already been taken at
#3 - If the developmental course pre-requisites of RED-080, ENG-080 or ENG-085 do not allow you to register a student.
#4 - If the test scores are available on TSUM but not show the courses exempted on STAC. (For this one, you may also contact Jan Smith, at 332)
#5 - If transfer courses should be on STAC but do not show.
