The following seminars are designed with the new start-up business or budding entrepreneur in mind. Learn what it takes to be successful in starting and operating a small business one week at a time. The Real Entrepreneur:
In this fast-paced course, you will gain many skills to start and successfully operate a business. Expect lots of hands-on activities and minimum of lectures. You will: discover your true strengths, learn how to see and capitalize on opportunities, design effective marketing strategies, understand basic bookkeeping, determine best legal structure for your venture, examine the best way to manage the day-to-day operations and write a business plan to guide you and help secure financing and much more.

Collecting Debts and Delinquent Accounts: This seminar is designed to help you understand the legal ways you can go about collecting those unpaid accounts receivables. You’ll discuss accounts receivables as a source of cash flow, setting collection policies that work, locating debtors, preventing bad checks, credit checks and nine proven steps in collecting debts, collection agencies and legal options for collecting bad debts. You may be losing thousands of dollars by not taking some very simple precautions. This seminar is a must for any business that extends credit or takes checks as payment for goods or services.
