Online Training (self-paced)
When you login to Blackboard, you will see a course entitled Blackboard Training on the right hand side of your screen. You will not receive a grade for this course; it is for training purposes only. This course will be removed at the end of the second week of the semester. If you feel that you need additional help, you can attend a hands-on training session on campus, or you can submit a help ticket and request one-on-one training.

Known Problems with Blackboard
There seems to be a bug right now that causes students to receive "access denied" errors when taking tests. If you click "Save Answer" and, then, move to the next question before Blackboard is able to save the previous answer, the "access denied" error is received. Until Blackboard offers a patch for this bug, I would suggest that you either (1) do not save each answer, or (2) save each answer and, then, wait before moving to the next question. You can save all answers when you submit the test.
