Problem Uploading Files and Grades
 
Problem: receive "Please enter a valid file" message even though you are submitting a valid file.
 
Work-around: use Internet Explorer. If using Firefox 3.5, do the following.

3. Get Add-ons
user agent

4. Type "user agent" in the search box - enter
type user agent

5. Add to Firefox
