offer free workshops on
Exploring Online
Learning: How to Take
an Internet Class at SCC.
The workshops are conducted
several times each semester.
Please come back to this
page for days/times/location.
In the workshop participants will gain an understanding of the student/instructor roles in an online class. They will also learn what equipment is needed to participate in an online class, as well as the discipline a student in such a class needs to be successful.
The workshop will also cover how to login and navigate within a class website, how to post to a discussion board, how to submit electronic documents and how to locate and access “help” resources.

Participate in the Exploring Online Learning workshop from your home! |

1. Go to http://classroom.southwesterncc.edu |
| |
2. Click on the Login button. |
| |
3. Type in the Username: visitor |
| |
4. Type in the Password: scc (use lower case lettering) |
| |
5. Click on the title of the course Learn About Blackboard Enterprise (on the right) |
