Expected Turnaround and Processing Times
Blackboard integration processor run times
The Blackboard integration processor is set to run at 6:30 AM and 4:00 PM Monday - Friday. The processor is not set to run on weekends. Student accounts are enabled or disabled (depending on the transaction) when the Blackboard integration processor runs. Faculty are restricted from enabling and disabling student accounts.
Expected turnaround time for hard copy requests for adds, drops, NAs, or withdrawals
When a hard copy form for an add, drop, NA, or withdrawal is received by the Registrar's Office, the form will be processed within the day it is received. At times, however, unforeseen circumstances may prevent this from happening. Expect a two-day turnaround time when delays occur. The student account will be enabled or disabled (depending on the transaction) the next time the Blackboard integration processor is set to run.
Expected turnaround time for online requests for withdrawals
When an online course withdrawal form is received by the Registrar's Office, the request will be processed when the LDA is submitted to the Registrar's Office. Processing time, therefore, is dependent on faculty turnaround time with LDA information. The student account will be disabled the next time the Blackboard integration processor is set to run.
