(Tier 1) Students with EFCs between 901 and 5,000
(Tier 2) Students with EFCs between 5,001 and 8,500

  • NC resident for tuition purposes
  • At least half-time enrollment (6 credit hours)
  • Maximum of 6 full-time semesters
(Tier 1) $100 - $1,120
(Tier 2) $1,770 – $2,370
