JobsNOW - A NEW CAREER

What is JobsNOW?
Responding to North Carolina’s need to get people back to work, and to the call from Governor Bev Perdue that the NC Community Colleges undertake her JobsNOW initiative, the community colleges and the NC Department of Commerce joined together to develop and fund JobsNow, the infrastructure and resources necessary to help train North Carolinians in needed job skills and help rebuild North Carolina’s economy.

How much will it cost?
JobsNOW classes cost the same as regular continuing education classes. For the unemployed and underemployed, assistance may be available through the local JobLink Centers.
