& Student Cyber Lounge |

Upon entering the
facility, the visitor or student
will come to the attractive reception
area with its focal point - the
beautiful welcome desk. One’s
vision is also drawn to the wood
timbers rising above and extending
over the ground floor. This space,
representing the visitor’s
first contact with the College,
will include comfortable ergonomic
furnishings.
Upon passing the reception desk,
one can look down to the Student
Cyber Lounge on the floor below.
A striking rock fireplace draws
attention at the center of the
room enhanced by comfortable sitting/meeting
areas with Internet access and
a vending area. Here, students,
faculty, staff and visitors can
enjoy a breathtaking view toward
the Little Tennessee River and
the surrounding mountains. |

| Classrooms |
Ten rooms are designated for
Computer and General Education
classes. These rooms will be equipped
with the latest in electronics
and audio visual connectivity.
They will be linked directly to
the world through fiber and Internet
access. All rooms are easily reconfigured
to accommodate the class to be
held. |

Offices

The Macon Campus will house 11 attractive
rooms for faculty and staff offices.
Each will contain equipment that will
enable employees to best meet the
needs of students. The rooms will
contain ergonomically designed furnishings
for the well being of the employees. |

Conference
Room
The Conference Room will
encompass 750 square feet of space
dedicated for community and college
meetings. Versatility characterizes
the room which will include tables
that join to form a larger conference
table. In addition, the latest
in technology and equipment will
be incorporated into the room
to make state-of-the-art presentations
and communication possible. |
