SCC presents seminar on construction lien law

SYLVA - Southwestern Community College will present a workshop on lien law for anyone working in the construction trades.

Attorney Kenneth Fromknecht of Franklin will provide participants with a clear understanding of the NC lien law, and in the last hour of the workshop, he will answer questions from participants.

The workshop will be offered twice in Jan. The first class will meet from 5:30 - 8:30 p.m., Monday Jan. 13 at the SCC Swain Center, and the next opportunity will be from 5:30 - 8:30 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 15 in the Balsam Center on SCC's Jackson Campus.
