SCC Announces Summer Dean's and President's List

SYLVA - Southwestern Community College has announced the President and Dean's lists for summer 2003. Forty-five students made the cut for the prestigious honor.

A total of 22 students achieved and maintained a 3.85 Grade Point Average (GPA), earning the honor of President's list. Another 23 students earned between a 3.50 and 3.84 GPA, placing them on the Dean's list.

In order to be eligible for either list, students must be enrolled in a minimum of 9 hours of courses under a curriculum program for the summer session. Students on the lists must not have any incomplete or failing grades. Following is a list of all students who earned these prestigious honors, by county:
