The first class is designed for children ages seven through nine and their parents. It meets from 8 a.m. to 12 noon. The second is for children ages 10 through 13 and their parents. This class meets from 1 to 5 p.m. Both are set Monday through Friday and cost $70 per person plus materials.

"Participants will have a fun time learning Spanish together," said instructor Ydo Yumart. "They'll learn beginning communication phrases in Spanish and will experience and gain awareness of the Hispanic Culture."

Yumart worked for 15 years as a high school teacher in Cuba. She holds degrees from Prazy Institute in Miami, Trinity College of Natural Health in Warsaw, Indiana, and the University of Havana in Cuba.
