15
Caitlin
Willcox, left, a home-schooled high
school student who is dual enrolled
at Southwestern Community College,
studies her copy of the U.S. Constitution
distributed by SCC history instructor
Duane Wesolick, center, as part
of the college’s celebration
of Constitution Day Friday, Sept.

point presentation on Watergate,
which he called “arguably
the worst constitutional crisis
in modern history.” SCC student

Wesolick’s program “made
me realize the pressure President
Richard Nixon was under during all
those events that led up to his
resignation in 1974.”
