Speakers:
Karen
White
is currently a registered dietitian
/ nutritionist at WCU. She has
a masters degree in nutrition.
She is also the co founder of
the Jackson County Farmers Market,
where fresh locally-grown produce
is sold from May to October.
Curt
Collins is currently
an undergraduate honor student
in the Nutrition and Dietetics
program at WCU. He is the president
and founder, of the WCU Green
Party. Curt has been growing and
selling local, organic produce
for three years in Sylva and greater
Jackson County.
