Phi Theta Kappa Induction

The spring 2013 ceremony inducting new members into the Southwestern Community College chapter of Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society was held Monday, April 4, in the Norman K. Myers Auditorium, Balsam Center on the Jackson Campus. Phi Theta Kappa is the largest honor society in American higher education and is the official honor society for two-year colleges. Members must be enrolled on a full-time basis toward an associate degree, have a grade point average of 3.5 or better for the last two semesters and possess both ethical standards and qualities of citizenship and leadership.
