Q) What motivates you to continue and excel at SCC in spite of circumstances you may face?
A) My biggest motivation is my family. Even though college is tougher than I was expecting, my family has always been there to help me reach my goals, and push forward.
Q) What advice would you give to future students who might face similar situations?
A) I would advise anyone who is questioning whether or not to go to college to do so. It has opened my eyes a lot more than high school did, and has helped me realize that nothing comes easy. The only way to truly get what you want is to work for it.
