Procedure Title: Maintenance Work Requests 3.14.1
Responsible Division: Administrative Services  
Date Approved: October 1992  
 
1. Maintenance Work Requests are to be submitted through administrative channels to the Vice President for Administrative Services.
2.  If there is a budget problem involved, or some reason why the request cannot be handled expeditiously, the Vice President for Administrative Services will notify the appropriate Vice President.
