Procedure Title: Notification of Arrests and Convictions 4.11
Responsible Division: Administrative Services  
Date Approved: July 2002  
 
1. An employee of the college who is arrested or indicted for an offense other than a minor traffic violation is required to notify, in writing, his/her immediate supervisor and the Vice President for Administrative Services concerning the circumstances on the first college work day following the arrest or indictment.
2. An employee of the college who has been arrested or indicted for an offense other than a minor traffic violation is required to notify, in writing, his/her immediate supervisor and the Vice President for Administrative Services of the outcome of such arrest or indictment, i.e., dismissal, conviction, acquittal, etc.
