Southwestern Community College allows “eligible” employees to take job-protected, unpaid leave (or to substitute appropriate paid leave if earned or accrued) for a specified period of time and for qualifying reasons defined in the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993 (as amended). Please see Procedure 4.41.1 for the entire FMLA notice.
