Employee Evaluation
1. Annual performance assessments shall be conducted of all full-time faculty and staff. Assessment instruments and procedures to be used shall be reviewed on a periodic basis.
Evaluation of College President
1. The President of Southwestern Community College will be periodically evaluated by the Board of Trustees to improve the quality and performance of the college.
