Commencement
exercises are held a the end of Spring Semester
for students who have completed degree, diploma,
or certificate requirements for programs approved
by the North Carolina State Board of Community Colleges.
Commencement exercises are held at the end of Summer
Semester for students who have completed degree,
diploma, and certificate requirements for programs
approved by the North Carolina State Board of Community
Colleges and for students who have satisfied the
General Educational Development (GED) requirements.
Applications for commencement
must be approved by the student's advisor and
submitted to the Registrar's Office by the announced
deadline (six weeks prior to the commencement
exercises).
