Policy Title: Debt Collection - Students 7.1
Responsible Division: Administrative Services  
Date Approved: October 1992  
 
1. A student will not be approved for the following until all indebtedness to the College is cleared through the Business Office:
  a. Registration for Classes
  b. Release for Grades or Transcripts
  c. Release of Diploma
  d. Transfer to Another College
  e. Employment at Southwestern Community College
  f. Check out of Library or Visual Aid Materials
