How can we assess student learning when the internet is full of resources to help students cheat and plagiarize? In this workshop, we will explore issues related to academic dishonesty in the digital age. We will look at the tools and forums your students may be using to be dishonest and work toward strategies to better evaluate student achievement.

Learning Objectives: 

Upon completing this workshop, participants should be able to:
  • Describe tools and methods students may use to be dishonest.
  • Design course activities which promote academic integrity.
