The Macon County Fire Association will hold a drawing for a $100 gift card and two $50 gift cards from the first 100 early registrations received before
August 5, 2009.

Please complete the enclosed registration form entirely. If the class requires your chief’s signature, please ensure it is signed prior to submission.

All classes are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Classes may be canceled if insufficient enrollment is determined.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS
The minimum age for participation in the Fire, Rescue, and EMS College classes is 16 years of age. All participants between ages 16 and 18 years of age MUST have the high school permission section completed and signed by their high school principal before registration is complete.

Enrollment for participants less than 18 years of age will be limited to approved classes only.
