The
president has full authority and responsibility for the
operation of the College under the policies of the Board
of Trustees and the State Board of Community Colleges
(1). The president
provides a clearly defined and published organizational
structure that delineates responsibility for the implementation
and administration of policies (2).
The position descriptions of senior administrators (Vice
Presidents) designate their areas of responsibility (3).
The
administration of a policy is the responsibility of
the division designated in the heading of the policy
as published in the SCC Policies and Procedures Manual
(4).
