| Narrative: |
The
College publishes and disseminates to the campus community
a comprehensive set of student rights and responsibilities.
These rights and responsibilities are in compliance with
federal and state laws and constitutional guarantees and
include student academics, student records, student life
and welfare, and student conduct.
Student
Rights are defined in the Standards of Student Conduct
policy and the Student Records policy. These policies
are published on the College’s web site in the
Policies and Procedures Manual (1
& 2)
and printed in the Student Handbook and Planner (3)
that is distributed each year to students, faculty and
staff. The student handbook is also published on the
College’s web site (4).
All polices affecting student rights and responsibilities
are published in the College catalog and accessible
from printed copies and electronically on the College’s
website (5).
