Southwestern
Community College is in compliance with its program
responsibilities under Title IV of the 1998 Higher Education
Amendments. The United States Department of Education
has declared the College eligible to participate in
and receive Title IV funds as indicated in the Eligibility
and Certification Approval Report (1)
and the Program Participation Agreement (2).
