Service is available to and from
Southwestern Community College
Monday-Friday on an hourly basis
from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. The trolley
normally arrives at SCC 43 minutes
after every hour. Daily routes
criss-cross Dillsboro-Sylva-Webster-Cullowhee.
Sylva local fees are $1 each way
and between the areas is $2 each
way. Cost to Cullowhee is $3.50.
Out-of-county service extends
to Franklin and the fare is $10
one way. Some vans are lift-equipped
for the physically challenged.

projects every hour to transport
to the library and SCC’s
Macon Campus. Cost is $1. From
other places in town it’s
$2.50 to the library and campus.
For county stops other than those
on the regular route, call by
2 p.m. the day before. Out-of-county
trips require a week advance notice.
A daily transit runs to Jackson
County where it takes patients
to dialysis and workers to Webster
Enterprises. The van leaves Franklin
at 7:45 a.m. and return is at
2 p.m. Cost $15.
