Banking was something I was always interested in. When I went for my business administration degree at Southwestern I was thinking primarily about banking but I was open to all business prospects. Luckily for me, I attended a Job Fair at Southwestern where I met with a representative from Branch Banking & Trust Co. After initial interviews I was hired even before graduation. One thing I really like about Southwestern is that 99 percent of the graduates find employment following graduation. But it’s even better when you find employment before graduation! I had my Associate in Arts from Southwestern at my hiring date but I had not finished my business degree yet. Now I’m the BB&T relationship banker at the Sylva office and it’s a perfect fit for me – and for them, too, I think. Justin Hall
