How to Create a Sent Folder

Webmail by default does not create a Sent Folder. If you would like to keep any outgoing email messages, you will need to setup a Sent Folder. Complete the following steps to setup your Sent Folder.

1. Click on the Add Folder option in the upper left hand corner.

2. In the Folder Name Box, type SENT and make sure the type is Mailbox then click OK.

3. If you have successfully created the folder, you will see a folder called SENT listed below your mailbox name (see below).

4. To designate the folder as your Sent Folder, you will need to click on the middle icon called Options located at the top of the page under todays date (see below).

5. This will open the Mailbox Management window. Next click on the Mailbox Management tab to make sure the Sent Folder option is set to SENT (the folder you created in steps 1-3). If the folder is not specified, click on the down arrow and chose the SENT folder.

6. If the Sent Folder Option is set to SENT click on the Save button.
