SCC Help Desk Improvements


The IT Staff is excited to announce that we have made improvements to our work order system. These improvements will allow us to better serve you, and let you track the progress of your request.

Now when you submit a work order, you will receive a confirmation email with a task number assigned to the request. This task number will be used to keep you updated on the progress of the work order and who has been assigned to help you resolve it. Also, you will receive an email notification when the work order has been closed with a summary of how the issue was resolved.
Our department is receiving a high number of requests for assistance and to better serve you we need you to please submit a work order. This will allow us to organize these requests and respond to them in a timely manner. Also, by submitting a workorder it will benefit you because you can track the progress of your request and it will not get lost. You can submit a work order by emailing workorder@southwesterncc.edu.
