Who is eligible for Upward Bound?
Students must be at least a rising 9th grader or in high school.
Attend one of these high schools: Cherokee, Franklin, Smoky Mountain, Swain.
Student’s parents did not earn a four-year degree OR student’s family meets federal income guidelines.
