Blue Ridge Health   
Blue Ridge Health is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).  Non-profit and community- based BRH provides comprehensive primary care, dental, and mental health services. More than half of their Board of Directors are patients and community members who make sure that services are helpful and respectful.  Services are offered to underinsured and uninsured populations as well as to insured folks.  
BRH is not a free clinic but they do provide services to all people regardless of their ability to pay. Sliding-fee scales are available based on a patient’s family income and size.   Fee Information

  2. Schedule an Appointmentcontact us to schedule your new patient appointment. If a provider’s schedule does not work for you, our Patient Support team will assist you in finding the right provider and confirming an appointment time for you.
  3. Complete your Paperwork – You will need to complete new patient paperwork before your first visit with us. If you would like fill out these forms before the day of your appointment you can access them at the links below:
