Service Animals & Emotional Support Animals

SCC Board Policy 6.04.08 addresses the college’s compliance with the Americans with
Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (Section 504) in
regard to Service Animals or Emotional Support Animals at all campus locations and
college sponsored events.
