- Prerequisites/Corequisites requirements are in the student's best interest.
- A clear rationale for waiving these requirements is necessary.
- Documentation of waivers is required for audit purposes.

If a waiver is appropriate, advisors should complete the Waiver form.

Currently Enrolled in PreRequisite
If a student is currently enrolled in a prerequisite during pre-registration, they will be allowed to registrar, but will receive a notice and be withdrawn if they do not complete the prerequisite.
Auditing/Special Credit
Auditing and Special Credit students must satisfy corequisites/prerequisites
