Health Psychology

This course covers the biopsychosocial dynamics of stress and the maintenance of good health. Topics include enhancing health and well-being, stress management, lifestyle choices and attitudes, the mind-body relationship, nutrition, exercise, and fitness. Upon completion, students should be able to demonstrate an understanding of the psychological factors related to health and well-being. This course has been approved for transfer under the CAA as a pre-major and/or elective course requirement.
