Q1) What motivates you to continue and excel at SCC in spite of circumstances you may face?
A1) My parents have always instilled in me since I was little, that it takes hard work and dedication to be successful. I have used this wise advice to fuel me to always do my best in school and in life in general. No matter what is going on outside of school, I have always found it comforting and rewarding to see my hard work pay off.
Q2) What advice would you give to future students who might face similar situations?
A2) The advice I would give to future students is to never give up. No matter how hard the classes are or how tough the teachers seem, being dedicated and driven will overcome all insecurities a person may have. This is not only advice for college life at SCC but out in the real world as well. Spend your time wisely, and most importantly keep your head up because one day all of the sacrifices will be worth it.
