Inducted into the Alpha Beta Gamma honor society at Southwestern Community College recently were, from left: Rachael Cook of Franklin, Lisa Miller of Franklin, Jamee Pelcher of Franklin, Wayne Jenkins of Franklin and Elizabeth Hammer of Sylva. Not pictured are Tennie Brown of Bryson City, Christopher Bullock of Sylva, Claire Hammond of Cullowhee and Tessa Sutton of Maggie Valley. An international business honor society, Alpha Beta Gamma provides leadership opportunities, forums for the exchange of ideas and the stimulation of interest in continuing academic excellence.
