The SCC Fall Job & Career Fair

This annual Macon-county-based Job and Career Fair serves students at our Groves Center campus, Franklin and Macon County community and employers, and the rest of the surrounding region in Swain, Jackson, and Cherokee.
College and high school students, alumni and the general public are welcome to attend and apply for full-time, seasonal, part-time, professional, and entry-level jobs of all kinds. Employers from business, education, government, non-profit, healthcare, food services, hospitality and tourism, the outdoor industry and more are welcome to recruit.
Fall Trades Fair

This first-ever Macon-county-based Trades Job and Career Fair serves students at our Groves Center campus, Franklin and Macon County community and employers, and the rest of the surrounding region in Swain, Jackson, and Cherokee. College and high school students, alumni, and the general public are welcome to attend and apply for full-time, seasonal, part-time, professional, and entry-level jobs and apprenticeships in professional trades and skilled labor occupations involving automotive, electrical, building, plumbing, HVAC, welding, manufacturing, and other technical skills.
