Groupwise will continue to function normally.

Gmail access will be opened so you can become oriented with the interface.

Some email messages may begin to appear in Gmail due to the migration tools. Not all messages will appear here until migration is completed.

Do not yet rely on Gmail for regular communication.

Gmail Go Live Cutover - May 11, 2012

On May 11, 2012 incoming mail will be rerouted.

All incoming messages will be directed to Gmail.

Groupwise will remain accessible only from your desktop only for viewing messages.

Newer messages and folders from Groupwise will appear in Gmail (older data is still being migrated during this time).

Gmail Migration Cleanup - May 11, 2012 until Project is Complete

Older messages such as those in your Groupwise archive will continue to be migrated for several weeks following our go live.

Once this process is completed, you will be notified and Groupwise will no longer be needed for viewing old messages.

Groupwise server will be taken down and the client will be uninstalled from your machine.
