Eleven graduates of Southwestern Community College’s Nurse Aide program were honored during a pinning ceremony on May 13 on SCC’s Jackson Campus.
Sarah Rondel of Franklin, Sondra Tolliver of Franklin, Alexis Dahl of Franklin, Maggie Masters of Glenville, Nevaeh Paramo of Cullowhee, Diana Keber of Robbinsville, Kira Jarrell of Belmont, Isabella Rose of Cullowhee, Ashley Dunlap of Whittier, Deandra Campbell of Sylva and Heather Walsh of Sylva are eligible to work under the supervision of licensed nursing professionals in performing nursing care and services for persons of all ages – though Nurse Aides primarily provide care for the elderly.
