Small Business Center opens new location in Franklin

Southwestern Community College’s Small Business Center has opened a new location in Franklin’s new Chamber of Commerce building. Pictured is Tiffany Henry, SCC’s Small Business Center director.

Beginning this fall, Southwestern Community College’s Small Business Center will be offering small business seminars and confidential one-on-one counseling at the new Chamber of Commerce building in Franklin.

“Having a Small Business Center location in Franklin is an added benefit to chamber members and other businesses in Macon County,” said Tiffany Henry, SCC’s Small Business Center director.

Counseling will be by appointment only and those interested can visit www.southwesterncc.edu/SBC to fill out the online request form to schedule an appointment.

“We want to welcome Tiffany and SCC’s Small Business Center with us in our new location,” said Cindy Cavendar, director of membership and projects at the Franklin Chamber of Commerce. “What a great partnership; we both have the same goal of helping small businesses succeed, and Tiffany has an amazing schedule of seminars this fall that will benefit all businesses.”
