Announcements Forums
? Question: I want to use the Announcements forum in my Moodle class. How do I ensure that students actually see the announcements I put there?

√ Answer: The Announcements forum in Moodle automatically generates an email to all the students in your course when you create an announcement. However, if you're concerned that some students may miss these emails, you might consider doing one of the following options that some SCC faculty have been doing:
- Move your Announcements Forum to the current module/section (use this tutorial on moving items for help)
- Create an Announcements section in your course and tell students they should check there each time they log into the course (use this tutorial on editing sections for help)
