- Open to all students entering a vocational/trades curriculum and who are residents of Jackson, Swain or Macon counties
- Must be enrolled full-time (12 credit hours)
- Applicant must be in good academic standing with the college (2.0 cumulative GPA)
- All applicants must have applied for financial aid by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
